Mark Dalton Criminal Record
It seems our buddy Mark Dalton has a criminal record about as long as Chad Hunt's dick.
Someone has anonymously set up a web page with links to court documents regarding gay porn star Mark Dalton. And no, I will NOT tell you the URL to that page because it lists Mark Dalton's real name, home address and phone numbers. The frame grab above tells you everything you need to know.
Mark Dalton's troubles seem to have started in January 2001 with a "failure to Identify fugitive from justice" (refusing to narc on a friend), a DUI resulting in a car accident in September 2001, an October 2001 "driving with suspended licence" and "posession of a controled substance" (2nd degree felony), and most recently, in April 2004 "assault causing bodily injury family violence".
It seems that he got a plea bargain in the posession charge and between September and August 2002 he actually served time for 45 days "after-work hours between 8pm and 6am", which is odd since those ARE the work hours for strippers and escorts!
The family violence case is still pending.
I feel kind of icky reporting this information. It's one thing to report Robert Downey, Jr.'s problems with the law - he's got millions of dollars, and legions of publicists and handlers. Mark Dalton only has David Forest, who really only works as a booking agent, not as a "manager" whose job is to protect him from negative publicity. David Forest, who has had his own troubles with the law, can now add Mark Dalton to his growing list of "problem" clients like Ryan Idol, Billy Brandt and Blade Thompson, just to name a few.
My question is: Why would someone go out of their way to make Mark Dalton's personal information public? The cryptic single page web site has the headline THE "GAY" PORN "STAR" and message says:
"Turns out that Mark Dalton is married, AND has a girlfriend! Does that sound gay to you?
Law enforcement says that he could be spending some time behind bars. Hmmm... wonder what he will look like after being deprived of his steroids.
My experience with him as my escort was a HUGE disappointment, and my personal opinion is that he is a HOMOPHOBE...he just enjoys our money."
Okay, so this guy supposedly hired him as an escort and didn't get what he hoped for. I'm curious, what DID he expect from him? It's no secret that Mark Dalton is gay-for-pay, as are many escorts. Did this guy think he could TURN Mark Dalton gay just by hiring him for an hour? So he wasted a few hundred bucks and didn't get off or whatever. Is that a reason to "go Alexis Carrington" on him and "destroy" his career?
I think there is more to this than just a jilted escort customer. The person out to destroy Mark Dalton may not have even hired him and may never have even met him. There are evil queens out there (particularly he-who-shall-not-be-named) who love to make up stories about gay porn stars just to stir up the shit. It comes from low self esteem and jealously of other people's good looks. By dragging other people down, they hope it will raise their own standing in their little universe.
Please, let's all just try to get along! If you happen to see the link to that web page, PLEASE refrain from calling the phone numbers and hassling Mark Dalton! What did he do to YOU?

To all seeking the truth about Mark Dalton. His first name is Jeromy and that is all anyone will get.
As far as "gay-fo-pay" or "homophobic" crap, nothing could be farther from the truth. I have had the privalage of getting to know him personally...and in my opinion, he is not a "porn" star because he does not have sex on film with men or women.
Mark is an entertainer and very smart businessman, who's target market is gay men. He, as any other person that has used their looks, sex appeal, or physical attributes to get ahead, provides the gay community with a product. Granted the product is limited, however, not everything has to be dick in ass action....although that would be more my cup of tea. Limited as it may be, there is a market for it, actually, there is a large segment our population that prefers the vauristic stimulis of individual masterbation...especially if we think the guy is straight.
Let's be honest with ourselves, we are a fickle society that would drop Mark Dalton in two seconds flat if we saw him suck dick, fuck another guy, or get fucked himself.
And the whole wife, girlfriend thing....so fucking what? I personally think the whole "once gay you never stray"...meaning back to women...is unfortunate.
If we could accept ourselves as sexual beings, and not homo or hetro...the whole "metro" concept has great potential....meaning, if we could intigrate women into our circle, be more open minded, we may then bring down the walls of discrimination....particularly, from so called straight men who like girl on girl sex, however, refuse to realize that turnaround is fair play, and there are women who get into the guy on guy thing.
A little off the subject, however, I'll finish my point and then make a closing statement about Mark.
My point is simple, I think we need to make a concerted effort to intigrate women into our bedrooms, and straight men are sure to follow. And from recent experience, straight men like nothing more than a hot woman calling the shots in a 3 or 4 way senerio. Just a couple of weeks ago, for instance, my partner and I, and our hot female roomate tagteamed a beutiful 21 year old stright man...and although reluctant to interact in the beginning, it was just a matter of 30 minutes before he was obeying orders and enjoying every aspect of guy on guy sex, not to mention admitting that he liked being restrained and kissing another man. She of course was on top of him giving him exactly what he wanted, and allowing him to experience what he had always thought about.
Lets just say, that before long, all boundries of sexual inabition dropped...not to mention, he continues to call for more.
Now as for Mark, whether he is married to a woman or not, provides companionship to men (with or without sex), who cares; more power to him. That is his business. All that I can say is that Mark IS one of the sweetest and gracious young men (24), and whether he has had a few run ins with the law, lets hope that he will learn from those mistakes and find peace in whatever he does, and with whomever he is with.
We look forward to he and his wife/girlfriend/partner visiting us for a week in California and before the holidays. I'll be sure to suggest that he look a little happier in his next mugshot....God forbid.
I can say he looks a hell of a lot better than I did in my two mug shots when I was 25 and 29. Now that I am 41, I think back and am thankfull I am not still in my 20ies.
I have no doubt that Jeromy will learn and grow from this, and that those of us who are his fans should stand by him and support and respect his unique nitch in the gay adult video industry.
I would like to see him performing at circut events as he did a couple of years ago at the Miyan Theatre in LA....I know I was captivated by his sexuality, and presance.
I think those of use who like him should ask promoters to hire him for large or special circuit/ club events.

Mark Dalton aka Jeramy James Sons is only human. I believe people make too much out of someone who is in the public eye. Everyone makes mistakes...his are just more well known.

I think Mark Dalton is hot but a really bad performer. It's not only the fact that he acts gay, it's that he's really bad at it. Anyone who has actually seen his videos can see that. When he talks it's like he's reading his lines right then and there for the first time. Whether or not he's gay, straight, an actor, a porn star, an entertainer or any of that crap doesn't matter. When you break the law you go to jail. But hey, whatever.
