More Dak Ramsey

Shooting Dak Ramsey last week was a big coup for Lavender Lounge. He's a fairly big name in gay porn right now, and I was very excited to work with him. But to milk every bit of publicity out of it, I divided the photos into five sets, with a new set debuting once a week for the next few weeks. Check New Photos and Upcoming Photos.

I hadn't met Dak Ramsey before, and didn't know anything about him. (Turns out he only lives and hour and a half away, so it should be easy to bring him back again, too.) I wanted everything to go smoothly, and since it was only going to be a solo shoot, I planned a few little staged "bits" to make it interesting.

I knew he had a nice hairy chest, so I immediately thought of him for Muscle Bear Cub, but wouldn't you know, he showed up with his chest hair only part-way grown back after a shoot with another studio (why do they do that?).

I pitched a couple ideas to him sitting in my office when he first arrived. First I wanted to do a little light bondage with him chained to the support beams in the basement while I smacked his nipples with a yard stick for some nipple torture. He nixed that idea. He doesn't really like his nipples played with, and he has a phobia about having his hands bound.

Well, okay, the "no bondage" rule kinda ruins the next two ideas, too. The next idea was to wrap him to a chair with saran wrap and force feed him pie. No, he didn't want his hands bound and he can't eat sugar. Alright, we'll skip that idea, too.

I then suggested that he do a dildo scene. Unfortunately, he had a hot threeway the night before that just ended at 5am that morning, so his butt was still too raw for a dildo. (He did a finger test of his butthole in my office just to make sure...)

The final idea was to put him in a priest collar and chain him to a kneeler. He went along with that, as long as we didn't use the chains, but it turned out really hot anyway! He was naked except for the priest collar with his dick swinging through the front of the kneeler. Then he stood up on the cushion part and plopped his dick and balls on top of it. I added a big wooden rosary over his shoulder with the cross hanging next to his dick as he stroked it. Very sexy and very sacreligious!

In shooting video or still photography, especially in gay porn, you need to be prepared to improvise, which is what we did. In the course of conversation, we found out that he works on cars for a living and he's really into muscle cars and customization. (VERY hot!) He is very proud of his souped-up 2005 Mustang, so we went outside have him take us for a spin with the video camera.

Once I learned that Dak Ramsey is a car nut, we had something in common, and I had a frame of reference to work with. I grabbed an old jumpsuit and dressed him up as a mechanic as you can see by the photos.
