Pete Ross Retired?

It appears that popular gay porn star Pete Ross has retired from the homo adult video industry. His websites all disappeared without much fanfare, and no one has heard a peep from him.

Pete Ross took the industry by storm a few years ago and really tried to approach the job of gay porn "star" from a dedicated and professional approach. He made all the right moves - working hard on his body, working for the right studios, meeting the right people, attending the right parties, doing publicity and getting his name out there.

A year or so ago, he even went way out on a limb to defend his position to stay in the adult industry by going to battle with his employer. As a flight attendant for an airline, someone outed him for his work in gay porn, and he got involved in a big legal fight. He fought it to the end, naming himself the "Porn Rebel" with a blog dedicated to chronicalling his battle. When it finally settled, he couldn't discuss the details, but his last entry before the sites disappearred around December 2006 stated merely, "I won!"

I met Pete Ross at Sister Conclave party where he volunteered as a waiter. The nuns were all atwitter over the delicious blond carrying trays of canapes wearing nothing not much more than a rope expertly knotted by a bondage daddy in attendance. I got his number and asked if he's be interested in posing for Lavender Lounge. By the time we scheduled a shoot, he had already worked for Factory Videos and was being courted by Raging Stallion.

On the day of the shoot with Pete Ross, I knew he was going to be an important model and a once in a lifetime opportunity, so I ran out and plunked down almost $1000 for a new camera. I was ready to buy it anyway, but Pete was the motivation to get me to do it. Pete Ross was very patient and supportive of me fumbling with this new gadget as I literally took it out of the package for the first time in front of him. During the course of the shoot, I admitted that I was nervous about screwing up the pictures, and it was HE who re-assured me that everything would turn out okay!

Since I was testing a new digital still camera, the video took the backseat, being the one-man-band porn studio I was back then. But I was able to successfully document the entire solo jack off session with Pete Ross on video, amateurish though it may be. We've chopped the video with Pete Ross into five segments and added them to the Video Galleries of the Lavender Lounge VIP Room under the heading "Exclusive Models". Currently, two of the clips are showing now, with three more scheduled to debut next week. (Now you see why it pays to let your membership renew every month!)

I also have the entire photo session with Pete Ross from April 2004 in the Photo Galleries under the heading "Hunks". Yes, I was a little clutzey with the new camera, but I shot enough pictures that there are some gems in there somewhere! Just select the slideshow function and sit back.
