Some Positive Reviews of Lavender Lounge

I ran across a couple very positive reviews of Lavender Lounge recently, and I thought I would share them. Sometimes I think I am working in a vacuum and nobody knows this site exists. But, when I get a Four Star Rating from Cybersocket, a full page plug on Juicy Goo, and an 86 our of 100 from The Gay Newz, I feel like my work is not in vain.

On page 47 of the brand new July 2007 issue of Cybersocket, Lavender Lounge was the editor's pick of Sex Sites. Cybersocket said, "Don't let the friendly comic book characters fool you into thinking this site is for just any guy that enjoys porn. No. This site is for the gay male that is obsessed with hot men that love to show off. Whether it be at hairy boys, twinks, vintage porn, punks, specific fetishes or just random pictures of hot gay boys at various festivals throughout the country - it all comes with your Lavender Lounge membership!

Juicy Goo said, "My absolute favorite section in LavenderLounge.com is the Paparazzi galleries...These galleries showcase the best in male exhibitionism and public nudity. That is only the tip of the iceberg..."

The Gay Newz said, "When I heard that I was supposed to review Lavender Lounge I was very excited. I have heard about the blog on this site and I expected the best. Lavenderlounge offers over 21,000 photos of blazing hot men... When I first visited the site, I was wowed by the splash page."

"The color scheme of the site is very nice with complementary colors (yellow and purple). The design of the site is professional and has some cool cartoon drawings... The pictures and videos are great quality, in the pictures section there is an option for a slideshow which works well."

Cockanova also wrote me recently and said, "Our reviewers loved your site, and it’s going to be published on 13th of July in our system...." I can't wait to hear what they had to say!

Some of the negative reviews were things I also agree are problems to work on. I don't particularly like the navigation on this site either, so that will need some attention. And yes, we were a little light on video content for a while, but much more videos got added recently. Keep checking "New Videos" and "Upcoming Videos" - you'll be pleasantly surprised! So why haven't you joined yet?
