How To Make A Turducken
I wanted to serve something different on Christmas this year, so I bought a Turducken. I bought it pre-made and frozen, but quickly realized the $75 piece of meat wouldn't be big enough for the crowd I was expecting. Plus, it was stuffed with cornbread and sausage, so some guests wouldn't eat it, meaning I had to also buy a regular turkey, too. Good thing I did, too, because even with a 20 pound Turducken and a 25 pound turkey, I didn't much left!
Here's a little video about how a Turducken is made. I certainly wouldn't want to tackle that process myself, but I gotta tell you, it was delicious! I will definitely buy one again for some special occasion.

When I saw you talking about a Turducken, I first thought you were referring to a troubled ex-Soviet republic somewhere in central Asia. Those look very tasty, I'll see if the Food Hole Market prepares those. -desslock
