Halloween 2008

Halloween was pretty low-key this year, not only for me, but apparently for the rest of the town, too. In early 1990's the Sisters threw the big Halloween events in the Castro, and it was very stressful for the weeks preceding. This year I can safely say, I don't miss that stress.

We didn't even bother going to the Castro because it turned out to be more or less a regular Friday night crowd. And the official City sponsored event at the Pac Bell Park parking lot was a bust, too. (The Chron said there were more cops than partiers at some points.)

We ended up hitting Charlie Horse at the Cinch on Polk Street. It was nice to get out of the hood for a nite, but after the show, we headed back to more familiar ground at the Eagle.

Whatever. The most fun part of Halloween was hanging out at my house early in the evening having dinner with friends and watching TV. I introduced the girls to two episodes of True Blood, the soon-to-be classic episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia entitled "Who Pooped The Bed?", and a bit of Little Britain. Or I should say, "bitty". (You'll get that new buzz word when you see it!) "I want bitty!"

My entire set of Halloween photos from this year and several years past are in the VIP Room of Lavender Lounge under the section Paparazzi Pics. Join Now! But there's WAY more good stuff in the VIP Room, too. And yes Virginia, there is tons of hardcore nude, gay men fucking and sucking to make your membership worth buying.
